Refund policy

At Mandakini, we strive to provide the best quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of liquor products, we have specific conditions for returns and refunds.

 Note: We rarely (if ever) have customers request returns, but we want to make our policy clear just in case.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Unopened and Sealed Bottles Only: Returns are accepted for liquor bottles that are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.

Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process a return.

2. Restocking Fee

A $10 NZD restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each returned bottle.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or tampered bottles.

Products purchased on sale or promotion.

Items damaged after delivery (excluding damages reported immediately upon receipt).

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at info@mandakini.nz or call us  with your order details.

2. Ship the item back to our warehouse at your cost t. Please note that shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund (minus the restocking fee10 NZD). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund without additional charges.
